How I work with mentoring clients
Mentoring isn't on the main services page because it isn't something I sell specifically. It's something I do with a small number of founders each year, when the fit is right, usually after a conversation or via referral.
Here's how it works in practice. We start with a 3-year strategic planning session using Orbit, my own AI-powered planning tool. From there, you get monthly 90-minute video calls, weekly voice-note support for the quick questions that don't need a meeting, ad hoc meetings with key suppliers/customers and access to the same AI tools I use with my fractional clients - Orbit, Compass, Momentum, Capture.
The work is one-to-one, honest, and built on accountability. I don't do coaching from a textbook. I mentor from twenty years of doing the job, including the parts that didn't go well and will be honest and upfront.
